Product overview

COME-2000MPD5 is a new generation of gigabit high-speed wireless access equipment based on 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax technology standard independently developed by COMELINK Technology.

COME-2000MPD5 works in the frequency bands of 2.4GHz and 5GHz, and adopts technologies such as MU-MIMO and OFDMA, which can provide wireless access rate as high as 1.775Gbps,

ensuring the optimal access effect of a large number of modern mobile intelligent terminals.

COME-2000MPD5 product is a new generation of panel AP product specially launched by COMELINK for wireless networks in hotels, offices and dormitories.

It adopts a simple and generous design and optimizes the built-in omnidirectional antenna array. The product can be installed on an 86mm panel box, with expanded Ethernet port, simple and beautiful design and convenient deployment.

COME-2000MPD5 has rich functions such as RF control, mobile access, network security and multi-service support,

and can provide multiple access modes at the same time. According to different application scenarios, we can flexibly choose FIT or FAT working mode,

conduct independent networking or cooperate with COMELINK Technology wireless controller to provide high-performance wireless mobile network based on zero configuration.

Exquisite design and convenient deployment

  • Excellent design

COME-2000MPD5 has a wall-mounted design, ingeniously integrated with WAN port POE power supply processing, plus four Gigabit LAN ports. 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax wireless transceiver,

RF amplifier circuit, built-in omni-directional antenna and many other functional modules, all of which are integrated in a "tiny space" of only 86mm* 86mm *48mm,

which greatly facilitates the renovation of wall-plugged network interfaces in existing hotels, school dormitories and other indoor environments.

Its excellent low-power design and efficient heat dissipation treatment effectively ensure that the equipment can work stably and efficiently in a complex indoor environment.

 

  • Gigabit uplink

Providing an uplink Gigabit Ethernet port breaks through the limitation of the traditional 100-megabit rate, so that the wired port is no longer the rate bottleneck of wireless access.

 

  • Low cost installation and deployment

COME-2000MPD5 adopts panel installation method, and the whole installation process does not need to be rewired, only the existing wired network panel needs to be replaced, so the installation is simple and convenient.

 

High performance and high reliability wireless network

  • WiFi6 high-speed access

The COME-2000MPD5 wireless access point complies with the new generation WiFi6 protocol standard, backwards compatibility 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/wave2.

Support OFDMA scheduling, so that multiple users can receive and send information at the same time, reduce delay and improve network efficiency.

Support 1024QAM modulation, 2.4G RF rate is 574Mbps, 5G RF rate is as high as 1201Mbps, and the maximum transmission rate of the whole machine can reach 1.775Gbps,

which can provide a higher-speed and high-throughput wireless network and provide higher data throughput for more users in a crowded wireless environment.

 

  • Support COMELINK intelligent HAP working mode

For the centralized network architecture of "thin AP+ wireless controller", when the wireless controller goes down, the AP can't work normally,

which leads to the paralysis of the whole wireless network. COMELINK wireless AP supports the HAP working mode, which enables the AP to intelligently sense the link.

When the wireless controller is found to be down, the AP quickly switches to the independent working mode, continues to forward data, and can support new users to access,

thus realizing the high availability of the wireless network and truly ensuring that wireless users never drop off.

 

Secure and controllable wireless network

  • Support user isolation policy

Support isolation between wireless users. When this function is enabled, the two wireless clients can't communicate directly,

and the wireless clients can only access the upstream wired network, thus realizing a more secure wireless network application.

 

  • Provide fine wireless user management.

A single RF can support up to 4 SSID, which can realize multi-level and multi-service fine management for wireless users.

Each SSID can realize different access control rights, uplink and downlink rate restrictions and VLAN binding based on MAC address and IP address,

and can realize different authentication and charging strategies. For the coexistence of multiple SSID, it has very practical use value.

With the wireless controller, COME-2000MPD5 can provide a variety of secure access, authentication and accounting mechanisms for different application environments:

With the popularization and application of various intelligent terminals, wireless terminal users put forward higher requirements for the ease of use and convenience of authentication mechanism.

Combining the mechanism of Portal authentication and MAC address authentication, the wireless network of COMELINK Technology supports user's non-awareness authentication:

the user experience is improved, the user needs manual Portal authentication for the first time, and then uses non-awareness authentication (automatic authentication);

Terminal adaptation is good, adapting to most WLAN terminals, without adapting to clients; Good authentication compatibility, compatible with the existing Portal authentication methods.

 

Convenient wireless network management

  • plug and play

COME-2000MPD5 can plug and play in FIT mode with COMELINK Technology wireless controller, and there is no need to configure the AP. The management of AP equipment is all done by the wireless controller, and the wireless network administrator does not need to manage and maintain a large number of wireless access points separately. All actions such as configuration, firmware upgrade and status monitoring can be done on radio network controller, realizing cluster management, unified deployment and providing stronger scalability. It makes the management and maintenance of wireless network system simple and easy.

 

  • Gateway function, remote deployment across public networks

Support NAT gateway function and DHCP server function. When deploying wireless networks remotely, branches can directly connect to the Internet through PPPoE dialing, fixed IP and DHCP provided by AP, thus reducing the network construction cost.

 

  • Supports Fat/Fit modes.

It supports Fat and Fit working modes. According to the needs of network planning, it can flexibly switch between Fat and Fit working modes. At the same time, users can flexibly select the required factory version of equipment according to the application requirements.

As the application mode of Fit AP, it is centrally managed by the wireless controller, and the status of all devices is clear at a glance, which greatly facilitates the system administrator to manage the whole network.

 

  • Radio frequency is turned off regularly to protect network security and environmental protection.

Radio frequency can be turned off and turned on regularly based on the time period, and the wireless network can be automatically turned off at night or on weekends to prevent bad elements from invading the network in the middle of the night,

and at the same time achieve the purpose of reducing equipment energy consumption.
